Is there a fee for a consultation?
There is no charge for an initial consultation. A $27.50 telehealth scripting fee applies where a prescription is involved, which is why a first injecting appointment costs more than the ones after it. It covers the prescribing practitioner’s consultation, not the treatment.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Nothing specific is required, just be ready to talk through your medical history and what you're hoping to achieve.
Is there parking at the clinic?
Parking is available in the driveway at the front of the clinic or on the street, and parking details are sent through with your appointment confirmation the day before.
How quickly will I hear back?
Website enquiries are answered within 24 hours. If something is urgent, calling 0415 378 857 is faster than the form.
